By accessing or using BuildQuote (the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including builders, suppliers, and administrators.
The Platform is intended for UAE-based businesses engaged in the construction and building-materials industry. Suppliers must hold a valid UAE trade license, and all parties must be legally authorised to enter into binding contracts.
Each account is tied to a verified business entity. Suppliers undergo trade-license and bank-account verification before they are permitted to submit quotes. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
BuildQuote facilitates RFQ distribution, quote collection, comparison, and award notifications. Contracts arising from awarded quotes are entered into directly between the builder and supplier; BuildQuote is not a party to any such contract.
Use of the Platform may be subject to subscription or transaction fees as described at the point of purchase. All fees are quoted in AED and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false information, circumventing verification, reverse-engineering the software, or using the Platform to facilitate unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
All Platform software, trademarks, and original content are owned by BuildQuot FZE or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, BuildQuot FZE disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
